Jennifer Lloyd, Registered Massage Therapist /Owner
My career in massage therapy began in 2004 after graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Coming from a mixed background in photography and administrative work, I knew I had found my passion in massage therapy. Listening to my client’s health concerns and helping them realize their wellness goals was something that came very naturally to me.
Since becoming an RMT, I have worked in numerous clinics with chiropractors and naturopaths and backstage with musicians, dancers and wrestlers. In 2011, I opened RMT Studio to create an atmosphere and design a space that matches my passion for helping people feel better.
Over the last couple of years, I have been blessed to see the studio grow and have a team of talented and passionate therapists work alongside me to help clients achieve the best health and wellness. I love my community and am excited for many more years ahead.

AYMEN EZZINE, Registered Acupuncturist | Registered Massage Therapist
Aymen has always found the human body and soul combination to be fascinating, which led him to understand it from the Eastern and Western points of view.
During his own personal journey of healing and achieving a balanced lifestyle, he discovered a variety of self-help tools that helped him and, in turn, can assist you with your spiritual and physical journey and help you achieve balance in your lifestyle where in today’s society can be difficult to do it on your own. As a Massage Therapist, he has learned to utilize his hands to help locate the imbalance and ultimately make his clients feel better. While practicing as a Massage Therapist, he decided to expand his learning in the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
In 2011, he travelled from Tunisia to Toronto to attend the Shiatsu School of Canada, where he completed his certification for TCM Acupuncture. The philosophy of TCM has become a staple in his personal life. He became more aware of how the body functions, the source of health issues, and emotions. The impact of our eating habits, environment, and activities have on our health and bodies.
Today, he can do what he loves – help people suffering from chronic pain and guide them toward solutions and overall improved well-being. By understanding the root cause of the imbalance and using a variety of modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, Acupressure, Cupping, Acupuncture, Gua-Sha (Graston), Auricular acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina, he helps his clients cope with their daily activities with ease.

Alyssa is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practicing in Toronto since graduating from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2019. Alyssa grounds her therapy on her belief that a safe and effective treatment requires a comprehensive understanding of each client’s specific wellness goals. To implement this belief, Alyssa uses a bio-psycho-social framework that fosters a deep understanding of each individual’s unique needs.
Alyssa always strives to expand her knowledge of the human body and learn and employ new and diverse techniques and modalities. She works to engage with the nervous and musculoskeletal systems using tools such as Swedish Massage, Myo-Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular techniques and Diaphragmatic Breathing. Personally, Alyssa works to practice mindfulness and body awareness, which she also works to foster collaboratively with each of her clients. She values self-care practices and considers each client’s goals and preferences when recommending self-care, often turning to hydrotherapy, gentle stretching, and functional strengthening as self-affirming wellness tools. Charlotte Drimmie, Registered Massage Therapist
My passion for massage therapy comes from a long-held interest in holistic approaches to well-being and the mind/body connection.
My approach to massage aims to calm the nervous system, ease sore muscles, relieve tension and restore a sense of balance. I believe in fostering an inclusive, non-judgmental healthcare setting. I approach each treatment knowing everyone’s bodies and needs are different and, therefore, require a personalized treatment plan. In addition to any specific focus areas, I’m a big advocate for the benefits of general relaxation massage and its positive impacts on stress, anxiety, and sleep. My goal is for my clients to leave their massage feeling grounded, restored and more connected to themselves.
I graduated from Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School in 2022 and previously completed a diploma in Interior Decorating. I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Outside of massage, you can find me working on sewing projects, walking in High Park, gardening and redecorating my apartment.

Alexandra Timoteo, Registered Massage Therapist
Touch is the first sense we have that lets us know we are not alone. Touch is “the first to develop in the embryo and the first to offer an experience of human connection” (*Dana, 2019).
Alex Timoteo (she/her) approaches massage therapy as a way to provide safe touch in a professional healthcare environment. Through safe touch and therapeutic rapport, massage therapy has the ability to support people in accessing their parasympathetic nervous system state – i.e. the “rest and digest” state, the one that allows you to sleep better, digest well, dial down pain and overall feel more calm and grounded. If you’ve ever left a massage feeling like you were blissfully floating on a cloud, you already know how powerful of an effect massage can have on your nervous system and your overall well-being. By working collaboratively, Alex’s goal is for you to leave treatments feeling more at home in your body, with a renewed sense of empowerment in your own healing.
Alex graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022. For ten years prior, Alex worked in community-based services supporting people living with trauma and mental health across various intersections of marginalization. Through her work as a feminist counsellor and advocate at a shelter for survivors of interpersonal violence/abuse, she saw what a tremendous positive impact bodywork can have on one’s physical and mental health. She realized she needed to learn about the
body, and how to treat the body so she could treat the person as a whole.
Alex holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a diploma from the Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Counsellor and Advocate program. She weaves together her experience in mental health and counselling with her knowledge and skills in hands-on treatment of soft tissues and joints to create a holistic and effective massage therapy treatment. She strives to create a trauma-informed, body-neutral, and trans-inclusive environment, as all bodies deserve dignified care.
