CANCELLATION POLICY / LATE ARRIVALS

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients who are in need of treatment and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists as they don't get paid hourly or salary, but by appointment.  The 24 hours notice gives the therapist time to fill the spot with another client. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that’s not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Please consider supporting your local small businesses by paying with cash or email transfer as it helps reduce overhead costs. For your convenience we also accept Visa, MC and American Express.
 
 

TIPPING POLICY

We do not accept tips. In lieu of gratuity, your return visits to the studio, referrals or an online review are greatly appreciated. We are passionate about what we do and as regulated health professionals we are committed to your health.
 
 

PRIVACY POLICY

RMT STUDIO respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We collect and use information through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This policy complies with all the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA), which establish rules for the protection of an individual’s personal information when it is collected, used, and disclosed for business purposes.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate and to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

 

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

If problems arise, users may contact RMT studio by calling or emailing and stating the concern. We are committed to resolving disputes within a reasonable time frame.

If we make changes to our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
