CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Missed appointments without this notice will be charged in full. This policy supports our ability to serve clients in need and ensures our therapists—who are paid per appointment, not hourly—can maintain a sustainable practice.
Late Arrivals:
If you're more than 5 minutes late, your therapist will attempt to contact you. If there’s no response 15 minutes into the session and it's their final appointment of the day, they may assume a no-show and leave.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide your full session, but this may not always be possible. You’ll still be charged for the original booking.
If you're facing an emergency, please let us know—we’ll handle it personally. However, schedule conflicts are not considered emergencies.
Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide the best care possible.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MC and American Express. Email transfer and cash are also accepted, but we may not always have exact change or be able to make change for large bills.
 
 

TIPPING POLICY

We believe in transparent pricing for healthcare, and we do not accept tips. In place of gratuity, your return visits to the studio, referrals or an online review are greatly appreciated. We are passionate about what we do, and as regulated health professionals, we are committed to your health.
 
 

PRIVACY POLICY

RMT STUDIO respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We collect and use information through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This policy complies with all the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA), which establishes rules for the protection of an individual’s personal information when it is collected, used, and disclosed for business purposes.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate and to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. The email address you provide for contact may be used to send you information and updates about your appointments.

 

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

If problems arise, users may contact RMT Studio by calling or emailing and stating the concern. We are committed to resolving disputes within a reasonable time frame.

If we make changes to our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
